- As a certified ASHI inspector I meet and exceed local and state requirements for performing home inspections. 

- I am a certifed Inter-Nachi Commercial Inspector.

- I am a certified Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspector

- I am a certified CMC Energy Home Tune-uP auditor.

- I am a member of the Pittsburgh chapter of ASHI, Pro-ASHI, the leading chapter in the nation. 

- I work for you, the buyer.

- I am certified as a PA DEP Radon Tester #2555.

- I am a certified Indoor Air Quality Tester Cert. # IAC2-00-9512.

- I abide by ASHI’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.  

- I fulfill more than 24 hours of continuing education every year.

- I utilize the most scientific inspection equipment on every home.  This includes: infrared thermal camera,  gas leak/carbon monoxide detector, ultrasonic moisture meter, laser thermometer and Arc-Fault / Ground-Fault Circut tester.

- I carry the proper state required insurance.

- I generate easy-to-read detailed inspection reports with full color digital pictures.  Reports can be e-mailed. 

- I adhere to the nationally recognized commercial standard
